Description;

Title; Rythms of Nature

This art piece is a vibrant and tactile mosaic created using a variety of natural materials: white beans, maize kernels, red lentils, adzuki beans, split peas, and black beans. Set against a rich orange-red background formed by densely packed red lentils, the composition features interwoven, swirling loops and organic shapes that give the piece a sense of rhythm and motion.

The loops are crafted with distinct color and texture contrasts—dark, glossy adzuki and black beans form bold outlines, while creamy maize and white beans provide a soft, flowing contrast. Olive-toned split peas add earthy depth, while small floral-like bursts of yellow maize and white beans act as highlights, bringing a delicate, almost blooming detail to the abstract design.

It’s a striking piece that invites both visual and tactile exploration, blending natural texture with abstract movement—perfectly celebrating touchable, inclusive art.
